Scott joined Velocity’s property management vertical in September of 2021. He is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of his portfolio including facility operation, contract procurement, financial management, financial reporting, and liability identification & mitigation. Prior to joining Velocity, Scott managed over 1.7 million square feet of Class A commercial property assets in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware for over 14 years.

Scott is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) and achieved his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College where he earned a B.A. in Political Science.

Tim is a native of Bucks County Pennsylvania and joined Velocity Ventures Partners in August 2020 as a Senior Property Manager. Tim previously spent 40 years in the roofing industry in many capacities ranging from installation and project management to estimating and sales.

Chris joined Velocity Venture Partners in January 2023, as a Senior Property Manager overseeing the NJ portfolio. Chris has over 30 years of property management experience managing various properties in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware markets. Chris has a B.S. in Business Administration and currently resides in Camden County, NJ.

Shelley, also known as Michelle, is a seasoned professional in the field of property management.  With her expertise, she joined Velocity’s Property Management team in July 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills to the organization. Prior to joining Velocity, Shelley held a significant role at Brixmor Property Group, where she served as a Senior Property Manager. During her tenure there, she effectively managed a diverse portfolio of approximately 2.1 million square feet of Gross Leasable Area (GLA). Throughout her career she has demonstrated a passion for fostering positive relationships with tenants, residents, stakeholders and industry professionals. 

Shelley is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.

Brandon is a native of Bucks County and joined Velocity in January of 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. Brandon is a graduate of Wesley College in Dover, DE. Prior to joining the team, he was a Purchasing Manager for a helicopter manufacturing company.

Jaime comes to Velocity with experience as a Maintenance Engineer bringing with him over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Velocity, he was with SSH Real Estate and more recently, AMI Management. Jaime will assist in overseeing Velocity’s assets in New Jersey.
