Danny graduated from Drexel University in 2017 with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting. Before joining Velocity, he was a Recovery Accounting Manager at Brixmor Property Group, specializing in CAM Recoveries and helped develop various process improvements to streamline departmental functions. Dan is from Flourtown, PA and currently resides in Conshohocken.

Anthony joined Velocity’s Construction accounting team as the Assistant Controller in Spring of 2024. He is a graduate of West Chester University and began his career in public accounting where he obtained his CPA license. His experience as lead accountant in the construction and real estate industries led him to his prior role of Controller at Budge Industries.

Tahara joined Velocity in November 2022 as a Senior Property Accountant with 5 years of experience in property accounting. She is a graduate of Utah Valley University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and previously worked for Peak Living LLC as a Property Accountant. She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Tim joined Velocity in July 2021 after graduating from Drexel University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and minor in accounting. While at Drexel, he completed accounting and real estate internships with Comcast and SSH Real Estate. Tim is a native of Northeast Philadelphia and currently resides in Lower Bucks County.

Caroline joined Velocity in August 2023 as a Property Accountant. She is a graduate of Penn State University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting with a focus in Data Analytics. Before joining Velocity, Caroline worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Associate and Intern in the Energy and Utility Sector. In Caroline’s free time, she enjoys playing pickleball with friends and trying new restaurants.

Jackson joined our accounting vertical in April 2023 as a Staff Accountant. He previously interned at a small tax firm in Pennsauken and as a Staff Accountant at J&J Snack Foods (NASDAQ:JJSF). In Jackson’s free time, he enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with friends. Jackson graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Accounting.

Tadeusz joined the firm in July 2023 as a Construction Accountant. He graduated from La Salle University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance while additionally acquiring minors in Risk Management and Business Systems and Analytics. Professionally, he has a background in Capital Project Consulting. Previously, Tadeusz worked at Talson Solutions, a capital project consulting firm headquartered in Philadelphia. As a member of their Capital Program Audit Consultancy team Tadeusz provided expertise in financial analysis and risk management for large capital projects nationally. In Tadeusz's free time, he enjoys staying active by exercising and playing soccer on his neighborhood team.

Jack recently joined Velocity as Construction Accountant. He attended Fordham University Gabelli School of Business where he earned his Bachelor’s in Public Accounting, as well as a Master’s in Accounting. Prior to joining Velocity, he spent two years as FSO Assurance Staff and Senior at Ernst & Young. Jack will be working with the accounting team to maintain & track all costs related to construction projects, and coordinate/process construction loan draws.

Tamika Washington came onboard the Velocity team in 2022 as the Collections Department Manager. In this role, she is responsible for managing and collecting rent across our portfolio of assets. Prior to joining Velocity, Tamika was Lead Collection Specialist for Canon Business Solutions. She also spent a number of years with Atlanta Cancer Care as Reimbursement Posting Supervisor.
