Will Riter
Director of Acquisitions
Will, a native of Montgomery County Pennsylvania, leads Velocity’s Acquisitions vertical and focuses his time on sourcing and closing new property acquisitions. Will previously worked as an Investment Sales Broker at Marcus & Millichap where he facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and refinancing of multi-family assets for private investors. He graduated from Gettysburg College with a major in Organization & Management Studies and a minor in Business.
Keegan Skinner
Senior Associate
Keegan joined Velocity in September 2021 as an intern on our Accounting team and has since joined Velocity full time within the Capital Markets vertical. Prior to joining the Velocity team, he interned at PwC in their Deals practice working with the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory group. Keegan graduated from the Villanova School of Business in May 2022 with both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting with Data Analytics. He was commissioned in May 2022 as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army where he will serve part-time as a Finance & Comptroller Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
Robert Fontanella
Acquisitions Analyst
Rob is a native of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and came onboard our Acquisitions vertical in 2022. He attended Bloomsburg University and graduated with a B.S.B.A in Marketing. Prior to joining Velocity, he was an Account Manager at TForce Freight in the South Jersey Market. Rob is a member of the deal team with a main focus on uncovering and closing new property acquisitions.
James Natale
Senior Capital Markets Analyst
Jimmy is a native of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Following High School at LaSalle College High School, he attended Pennsylvania State University. Jimmy graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a certificate in Real Estate Analysis & Development. Jimmy previously worked at Lancewood Capital as a Portfolio Analyst underwriting Bridge and Note-on-Note financing opportunities.
Jared Grabell
Capital Markets Associate
Jared joined Velocity in May 2022 as an Associate within the Capital Markets vertical. Jared graduated from Tulane University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management. Prior to joining Velocity, he worked at The Michaels Organization as a Transactions Associate underwriting and evaluating student and multi-family housing developments.
Luke Nachazel
Capital Markets Analyst
Luke joined Velocity in June 2023 as a Capital Markets Analyst. He graduated from Ursinus College in 2020 with a degree in Economics and Finance. Prior to joining Velocity, he worked as a Market Research Analyst for Colliers International, where he supported the brokers with leases and sales across industrial, office, and retail assets. Luke also worked for Freedom Mortgage as a Loan Advisor and interned with Knight Frank as a Research Analyst in Dublin, Ireland. He is a native of Denver, Colorado and has been living in Philadelphia since 2020.
Jake Walter
Capital Markets Analyst
Jake is a native of Haddonfield, NJ and joined Velocity’s Capital Markets team in the spring of 2024. He attended The College of Charleston where he earned a degree in Finance. Prior to joining Velocity, Jake spent about three years at CubeSmart Self Storage as an Investment Analyst where he specialized in underwriting and acquiring self-storage properties across the top 40 MSAs in the country.
