Sandro is a native of Burlington County, New Jersey and joined Velocity Venture Partners in September of 2022 as Director of Leasing. He is responsible for leading Velocity’s leasing efforts and is focused on sourcing, negotiating and executing new leases and renewals for the portfolio. This role augments the third-party brokerage firms that we work with for most leasing assignments.

Prior to joining Velocity, Sandro served as Director of Leasing at First National Realty Partners where he oversaw leasing throughout the North-East and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Prior to First National Realty Partners, he also served as the Director of Leasing at MCB Real Estate and previously served as Vice President at Metro Commercial Real Estate. During his career Sandro has executed over $115,000,000 in transactions and over 780,000 square feet of leases throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Sandro has a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.

Nate joined Velocity in December of 2023 as our Leasing and Marketing Coordinator. He provides overall support and assistance to the Director of Leasing to ensure efficient lease-up for in-house leasing assignments while also managing Velocity’s overall marketing efforts. Nate is a proud graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Prior to joining Velocity, Nate worked as an Athletics Marketing Specialist for Villanova University. He was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Doylestown.
