Kyle joined Velocity in May 2023 with over a decade of experience in the Construction industry. Throughout Kyle’s career, he has overseen a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Kyle manages a large team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and strives to exceed client expectations.

Outside of work, Kyle’s hobbies include outdoor activities, CrossFit, and spending quality time with his family.

Louis joined Velocity in May 2023 and brings over a decade of managerial experience with Pennmark Management Company as a Property and Construction Project Manager overseeing a portfolio of approximately 3 Million SF of Commercial Retail and Office building space. During his time there, he was involved with many capital improvements and tenant fit-out projects across PA, NJ, MD, and OH. 

 Louis graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing.

Ryan Zerpa joined Velocity in 2023 after five years in residential real estate buying and flipping homes in South Philadelphia. Throughout his career, he has managed residential renovations from inception to completion as both a general contractor and a project manager. During his time renovating homes, he managed and led large multi-unit construction projects in the Philadelphia region.

Don brings with him decades of experience in all aspects of construction. His most recent role was with The H.C. Pody Company where he was responsible for the onsite management of all trades for projects ranging from $20M-$60M, including the assistance and support of estimation, project management, client relationship management, and design team interactions. In his spare time, he volunteers within his community by coaching and mentoring youth football and other youth sports. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Ethan joined Velocity in January 2023 as a Project Coordinator and was promoted to Project Manager in 2024 within our construction vertical. A native of Montgomery County, he graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Ethan enjoys fishing and boating in his spare time.

Juliana joined the Velocity Team in August of 2021 and brings experience from several industries including Web & Graphic Design, IT Administration, and commercial real estate acquisitions. In her role as Project Administrator, she is responsible for drafting and monitoring subcontractor contracts, reviewing insurance certs, and providing other general office support functions as needed. She is a native of Philadelphia with a hint of Brooklyn who loves art and all things automotive.
