Tim Olimpo
Senior Property Manager
Tim is a native of Bucks County Pennsylvania and joined Velocity Ventures Partners in August 2020 as a Senior Property Manager. Tim previously spent 40 years in the roofing industry in many capacities ranging from installation and project management to estimating and sales.
Chris D’Erasmo
Senior Property Manager
Chris joined Velocity Venture Partners in January 2023, as a Senior Property Manager overseeing the NJ portfolio. Chris has over 30 years of property management experience managing various properties in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware markets. Chris has a B.S. in Business Administration and currently resides in Camden County, NJ.

Gerard Smith
Property Manager
Gerard brings over ten years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate, with a passion for creating value through strategic leasing, capital improvements, and thoughtful financial planning. Before joining Velocity, he led real estate development and asset management at Smith Houston, Inc., and previously managed properties with Philly Office Retail. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACOM), Gerard is deeply engaged in the industry, actively contributing to organizations like NAIOP and Jumpstart Germantown. At Velocity, he is responsible for overseeing a portion of the Pennsylvania portfolio, driving performance and long-term growth.
Brandon is a native of Bucks County and joined Velocity in January of 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. Brandon is a graduate of Wesley College in Dover, DE. Prior to joining the team, he was a Purchasing Manager for a helicopter manufacturing company.
Jaime Tejero, Sr.
Assistant Property Manager
With experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Jaime joined Velocity with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He is focused on all facets of our New Jersey Property Management vertical. Prior to joining us, he was with SSH Real Estate and more recently, AMI Management.
