Tim is a native of Bucks County Pennsylvania and joined Velocity Ventures Partners in August 2020 as a Senior Property Manager. Tim previously spent 40 years in the roofing industry in many capacities ranging from installation and project management to estimating and sales.

Nancy brings more than 24 years of experience in property and facilities management, lease administration, and tenant relations. Prior to joining Velocity, she held property management roles with Hilton Realty, Brandywine Realty Trust, and Stoltz Management, where she developed a strong track record in asset operations and tenant services. At Velocity, Nancy oversees a portion of the Pennsylvania portfolio, with a focus on Montgomery and Bucks counties.

Gerard brings over ten years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate, with a passion for creating value through strategic leasing, capital improvements, and thoughtful financial planning. Before joining Velocity, he led real estate development and asset management at Smith Houston, Inc., and previously managed properties with Philly Office Retail. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACOM), Gerard is deeply engaged in the industry, actively contributing to organizations like NAIOP and Jumpstart Germantown. At Velocity, he is responsible for overseeing a portion of the Pennsylvania portfolio, driving performance and long-term growth.

With experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Jaime joined Velocity with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He is focused on all facets of our New Jersey Property Management vertical. Prior to joining us, he was with SSH Real Estate and more recently, AMI Management.

Bradley assists with overseeing the Pennsylvania portfolio and brings over 15 years of experience in commercial property management and facilities operations. Throughout his career, he has managed & supported multi-property portfolios including complex building operations. His background combines technical expertise with a strategic, results-driven approach to property operations and asset management. Bradley holds an Associate’s degree in Construction Management/Masonry from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, a professional certification in OSHA Safety Compliance, and licenses in Pesticide Application and Pool Operation.
