Brian joined Velocity in 2025 and brings with him over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career as a leasing associate with Newmark Knight Frank and then eventually moved into the field of property management working for First Properties Corp. Brian also spent several years as Vice President of Real Estate Operations for Schlosser Property Management. Prior to joining Velocity, he was the Real Estate Asset Manager for the Northeast Region for ABC Supply Co. Within the Velocity portfolio, he is responsible for the oversight of 2M+ square feet of assets. Brian is a graduate of Wittenberg University and currently resides in Bucks County, PA.

Ben joined Velocity in 2025 as a seasoned property management professional with over a decade of experience across commercial real estate operations, landlord and tenant representation, asset management, and financial advisory. As Senior Property Manager, Ben oversees our New Jersey portfolio, bringing strategic oversight and operational excellence to every property under his care. Based in Cherry Hill, NJ, Ben previously served as Property and Asset Manager at Alinea Capital Group, where he managed 29 shopping centers totaling over one million square feet. He played a key role in capital raising efforts and led several development initiatives that enhanced portfolio value and performance.

Brandon is a native of Bucks County and joined Velocity in January of 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. Brandon is a graduate of Wesley College in Dover, DE. Prior to joining the team, he was a Purchasing Manager for a helicopter manufacturing company.

Gerard brings over ten years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate, with a passion for creating value through strategic leasing, capital improvements, and thoughtful financial planning. Before joining Velocity, he led real estate development and asset management at Smith Houston, Inc., and previously managed properties with Philly Office Retail. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACOM), Gerard is deeply engaged in the industry, actively contributing to organizations like NAIOP and Jumpstart Germantown. At Velocity, he is responsible for overseeing a portion of the Pennsylvania portfolio, driving performance and long-term growth.

With experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Jaime joined Velocity with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He is focused on all facets of our New Jersey Property Management vertical. Prior to joining us, he was with SSH Real Estate and more recently, AMI Management.
