Sokhona Ferrise
Vice President of Operations & Administration
Sokhona joined Velocity in 2020 bringing with her over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and dispositions. In her role as Vice President of Operations & Administration, she is providing leadership and guidance in the company’s operations, including all phases of the employee life cycle while maintaining company policies and ensuring that company goals are met. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time with her family and dog.
Danielle Musacchia
Executive Assistant
Danielle joined Velocity in February of 2022 after relocating to Philadelphia from New York that same year. She brings 15 years administrative experience in commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining Velocity, Danielle worked for Douglaston Development – a New York-based real estate development company.
Allison Rose
Space Planner
Allison joined Velocity in January 2022 as our Space Planner. She started her career as a Junior Architect at Tackett and Company, Inc., a small architectural firm in Center City Philadelphia and subsequently expanded into the world of real estate.
Throughout her career, Allison has developed layouts for a variety of projects including commercial, multifamily and high design. Her experience includes detailed work in all divisions of architecture ranging from surveying, schematic design, design development and construction documents. Allison received her B.A. of Architecture from Temple University in 2005 with Thesis Award nominations.
Rachel Irwin
Assistant Space Planner
Rachel brings a thoughtful and creative approach to her role as Assistant Space Planner at Velocity. With hands-on experience from CBRE Design Collective and Erie Insurance Group, she’s contributed to large-scale commercial projects, helping shape over 100,000 square feet of workspace into environments that are both functional and inspiring. Rachel is passionate about turning ideas into spaces that reflect brand identity while prioritizing sustainability and user experience. A LEED Green Associate and graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in Interior Architecture, she combines technical skill with a collaborative mindset. Whether she’s developing test fits or selecting finishes, Rachel is driven by a desire to create spaces that truly work for the people who use them.
