Paul came onboard Velocity’s legal team in 2025 and leads legal strategy across leasing and asset management. He brings deep expertise in commercial real estate and municipal law to support and streamline the company’s multi-faceted operations. His role ensures that Velocity’s leasing activity and property oversight are both efficient and risk aware. A native of Montgomery County, Paul holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.

Bria joined Velocity in 2023 after stints at Workspace Property Trust and BrightView Landscapes. She is a graduate of Delaware Valley University where she earned both her bachelor’s in accounting and her MBA. Bria’s role at Velocity oversees lease documentation, tenant onboarding and brokerage commissions.

Jim is an experienced paralegal with more than 10 years of experience supporting leasing, property management, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Velocity, he was a Paralegal with Gambone Management Company and MMPS LLP. Jim supports the Velocity legal team by helping transactions move efficiently from inception through completion. He is a graduate of Baruch College and is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Hindi.
