Will, a native of Montgomery County Pennsylvania, leads Velocity’s Acquisitions vertical and focuses his time on sourcing and closing new property acquisitions. Will previously worked as an Investment Sales Broker at Marcus & Millichap where he facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and refinancing of multi-family assets for private investors. He graduated from Gettysburg College with a major in Organization & Management Studies and a minor in Business.

Rob is a native of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and came onboard our Acquisitions vertical in 2022. He attended Bloomsburg University and graduated with a B.S.B.A in Marketing. Prior to joining Velocity, he was an Account Manager at TForce Freight in the South Jersey Market. Rob is a member of the deal team with a main focus on uncovering and closing new property acquisitions.

Nikita is a recent honors graduate of Drexel University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics. He brings analytical and transactional experience from his prior roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at Delancey Street Partners and Alkali Partners, where he supported deal execution, valuation analysis, and strategic advisory across sectors such as SaaS, healthcare, and recruitment services. Nikita also served as an Equity Research Analyst for Drexel’s Dragon Fund, where he conducted in-depth equity research and managed portfolio allocations. In his current role as Leasing Associate, Nikita is responsible for leasing availabilities and providing strategic support to the broader leasing team.

Stephanie joined Velocity in the spring of 2025 and is responsible for the firm’s marketing efforts. Her commercial real estate career began in 2012 with Wolf Commercial Real Estate where she worked her way up to Chief Marketing Officer. Following WCRE, she spent a few years with Tourmaline Capital Partners where she supported the acquisitions and asset management teams. Stephanie is a graduate of George Washington University where she received a Bachelor of Studio Arts.
